On February 13, 2019, at approximately 2:30 p.m., an employee was cleaning and greasing a conveyor line in the pick area (enclosed building) when something got stuck in the roller/brake below. The employee got off the conveyor line and it was turned off to unjam the roller/brake. When the conveyor line was turned back on, the employee, who was back on the conveyor line, was carried via the conveyor to the end of the line and out of the building falling approximately 13' feet below onto a debris pile. The employee was hospitalized for a back injury.

The employee was on top of a rail car to level the grain that was deposited into the car when they fell 13-15 feet to the ground. The employee sustained a right leg fracture.
