Final narrative
A maintenance technician was changing a light fixture inside a CNC machine. When the employee was taking his hands out the machine, he was punctured by one of the machine's drill bits. The drill bits are sharp, needle like. The drill bit broke off inside the employees left index finger, just above the knuckle and had to be removed surgically.
