Final narrative
Four employees were unloading a vehicle lift off the back of a trailer. As the injured employee and another team member were backing the lift down the trailer ramp, the back wheel of the lift got stuck in the space between the ramp and the concrete. This caused the lift to fall onto the injured employee and fracture his right ankle in two places.
