An employee was driving a forklift with a pallet full of products into a storage container when he put his left foot against the inside wall of the storage container. The forklift then moved, causing his left foot to be caught between the container's wall and forklift. He suffered multiple fractures to his left foot and ankle. He was hospitalized.
