On November 01, 2019, an employee was cleaning a mandrel (metal cylinder which holds the can) of a can printing decorating machine when the printer jogged, causing his right hand to be caught between machine's mandrel and blanket wheel (transfers the image onto the can). The employee suffered a laceration and fracture to his right hand, requiring hospitalization.
