On November 13, 2019, an employee was working on a paint line and noticed a defect on an aluminum coil. He was trying to brush off the defect when the strip grabbed his right hand and pulled him into the rollers of the accumulator tower. He suffered a dislocated right elbow that required surgery and bruised ribs.
