At 6:12 a.m. on November 20, 2019, an employee was unloading merchandise, pulling cardboard boxes of recliners to the edge of a trailer. He fell out of the trailer and his back struck the metal railing of a scissor lift. He suffered four broken ribs and a lacerated spleen.
