On 11/28/2019, at 1:30 a.m., a temporary employee was inspecting a roller on the conveyor belt of a pattern-maker machine when his hand became wrapped in the roller. He suffered a compartment syndrome injury to the right wrist, requiring hospitalization and surgery.
