An employee was moving a transferring container out from an air loader to a dolly to roll the container into a warehouse. She started to lift the lock on the dolly and was trying to secure the container to the dolly when her right hand was crushed between the dolly and the container. Her ring and middle fingers were crushed, requiring surgery.
