At 10:45 a.m. on December 4, 2019, an employee was hanging a piece of material. While the employee was trying to secure the material with wire to prevent it from swinging, the material shifted, pinching the tip of the employee's left middle finger between two pieces of steel. The employee suffered a laceration and amputation of the fingertip.
