Two employees were diagnosing a bundling machine and were in the process of removing blocks. When the employees actuated the bundling machine, the machine lifted but the machine frame did not. One employee had his fingers between the frame and machine at the time, resulting in the amputation of the employee's right middle and ring fingers.
