Final narrative
An employee moved a fixture into the load area using a cart caddy/fixture mover, then went to the other end of the facility in the unload area to retrieve another fixture to move. As the employee was walking backwards across the facility and operating the cart caddy/fixture mover, he was caught between the cart caddy/fixture mover and the fixture he had deposited earlier. He sustained an abdominal compression injury.
