A metal chip used to test the metal detector had fallen off the conveyor. As an employee reached to retrieve the metal chip, her cotton glove was caught by a sprocket. Her arm and hand were pulled around the bar attached to the sprocket. The employee was hospitalized and had surgery on her wrist.
