Final narrative
An employee was using his right hand to clean residual dough out of a trough. The door to the trough was locked in the up position while the employee was cleaning out the excess dough. The employee bumped the trough and the door suddenly released and slid down, striking the employee's right hand and resulting in a partial amputation of the right ring finger.
