Final narrative
On a rig at a well site, a hydraulic line ruptured and sprayed diesel fuel onto a turbo, which caused a fire. Two rig employees hit the kill switch and jumped off of a 15-foot platform. One employee suffered a fractured ankle and was hospitalized.
