An employee walked to the back of the assembly line to sign off on the completion of the fail-safe process. When they were returning to the front side of the assembly line, the employee stepped inside the frame of a finished goods cart and tripped, striking their head and right shoulder against the cart and the floor. The employee was hospitalized with a head laceration and a dislocated right shoulder.
