Final narrative
An employee was placing parts in storage bins, which were then stacked on top of one another. A forklift came to move a filled bin, and its forks caught on a bin below the one being lifted. The bin struck the employee's right leg, causing a compound fracture of the lower leg. The employee was hospitalized.
