On November 26, 2020, an employee was loading a missed pallet of bananas onto a truck using a forklift. At that moment, the loaded truck began pulling away. The forklift was caught between the departing truck and the loading dock, then fell an estimated 3 feet to the ground. The forklift remained in the upright position and the employee remained seated. The employee was hospitalized with back pain.
