On March 3, 2021, an employee was feeding linen inside an ironer equipped with eight heating rollers, including belts. The employee was feeding the machine when a piece of linen got spooled around the machine, catching the employee's arm within the feed belts. The employee's arm curled around the belt, putting pressure onto the arm as the employee attempted to tug his arm out. The employee was hospitalized and required surgery.
