An employee was standing near the edge of a loading dock, handing HEPA filters to another employee who was inside a dumpster. A 300-pound cart moved toward the employee. As he attempted to evade the cart, he lost balance and fell over the edge and into the dumpster, landing on the bottom about 4 or 5 feet below and suffering a broken sacrum.
