Final narrative
An employee was moving a scissor lift through the paint line to change an air hoist. As the lift moved down the spur, a hook caught on it and pulled it over. The employee fell out of the lift, and a frame fell off the line and struck the employee. The employee suffered a broken right wrist and was hospitalized.
