Final narrative
An employee was dismounting returned mounted wheel and tire packages. A tire/wheel assembly was secured on the mounting machine, and the employee was trying to engage the bead roller when it struck his face. He suffered a broken tooth, a closed fracture, and a laceration to the lip.
