Final narrative
On 9/13/2021, at 8:00 AM, an employee was doing surface preparation for painting, which included rigging the straps of steel joists to expose the unfinished side. The straps were attached to forks and rotated. The rigging came loose and hit the employee in both legs breaking both tibias. The employee was hospitalized and required surgery.
