An employee attempted to pull an ice bagging machine away from the stationary bin so that it could be worked on by maintenance. The machine tipped toward the injured employee while it was being moved, striking the employee's right leg below the knee. The employee's leg was broken below the knee and the employee sustained a fracture and partial dislocation at the T12 / L1 vertebrae.
