Final narrative
An employee was removing an electrical box from a bailer. As they lowered the box to the ground using the forklift, personnel basket, and a come-along, they needed to adjust the load to get it to the floor. As the employee adjusted the come-along, the load shifted and the employee's wrist was caught between the basket and the box, resulting in a broken ulna and torn tendon.
