An employee was cleaning the roller and ink ball on a press. The employee used a rag to wipe up the excess solution. The moving roller pulled in the rag and the employee's right hand pinching it between the roller and ink ball. The employee suffered severe lacerations to their ring finger and an amputation of their middle finger at the first knuckle.
