On December 10, 2021, at approximately 11:45 p.m., a Dedicated Logistics, Inc. employee was pulling a jack stand from beneath a semi-trailer to connect to their spotter/yard dog tractor to the trailer. The employee slipped on ice and snow on the trailer lot and landed on their head, neck, and shoulder area. The employee was hospitalized with nerve damage at the neck and shoulder area.
