On April 29, 2022, an employee was obtaining a batch of hot undercoating chemical from a tank located in the tank farm retaining area. The employee was holding a quart-size can of hot liquid chemical while walking down a cross-over ladder and slipped and fell to the ground. The hot liquid chemical splashed onto the employee, causing burns to their face, neck, and arm.
