On May 3, 2022, an employee was installing insulation on the wall/ceiling of a newly built home. He fell from a 6-foot A-frame ladder set on a 4-foot baker scaffold, landing on the ground about 5.5 feet below and suffering facial fractures and a broken wrist. He was hospitalized.
