Final narrative
On May 25, 2022, at 2:00 AM, an employee was using a rag to clean rollers. The employee dropped the rag and when he tried to retrieve it the rollers caught the rag. The employee's right hand was then pulled into the rollers resulting in amputation of the index finger.
