An employee was directing a co-worker to pick up a pallet with a forklift. The employee went into the operator's cab and assisted in moving the steering wheel. As the employee was exiting the cab area, the co-worker accidentally pressed on the gas, moving the forklift forward and pinning the employee between the forklift and a pole. The employee suffered a right upper thigh and hip injury.
