Final narrative
An employee was moving 100- to 150-pound stone panels by sliding them across A-frames. The straps on the stack of panels broke and the stack started fall. The employee was pinned between the panels and the A-frame, suffering a laceration to the right hand and a possible fracture to the right foot.
