Final narrative
An employee was scanning paper rolls and directing powered industrial trucks in a warehouse. A nearby forklift struck a 6,800-pound paper roll, causing the roll to strike the injured employee. He was knocked to the ground and sustained left toe fractures that required hospitalization.
