An employee was preparing his truck to make a delivery of scrap metal. To remove the tarp covering, he turned on the roll tarping system. The mesh tarp got stuck on a piece of metal and as the employee went to move the tarp, his arm was pulled into the bracket shield. The employee sustained a fractured left forearm that required surgery.
