An employee was carrying 3-foot string glass insulator bells to hand off to the other employees in the bucket truck. As he was carrying the glass insulator bells, he took a step back and stepped on a chunk of dirt. The employee fell backward and landed on another set of bells that was behind him, resulting in fractures to a rib and three vertebrae.
