On September 21, 2023, an employee was struck in the head by an auger attachment as it came off a skid steer while still hooked to hydraulic hoses. As the employee fell to the ground, the auger motor fell on his stomach. The employee suffered a laceration to the top of the head requiring staples, broken ribs, and a collapsed lung.
