At about 2:15 p.m. on November 9, 2023, an employee was operating a hose from a concrete pump truck while working from the top of the form work for a foundation wall. The hose became clogged and bucked due to backpressure. The employee was thrown from the top of the form work and landed on the ground below, suffering a broken left femur. The employee was hospitalized.
