An employee was standing on a delivery truck platform while unloading produce from the truck. It was raining and he slipped on the wet platform while holding a box of produce, falling to the ground and landing face first. The employee suffered a face and head injury with pressure to his spinal cord, and a shattered right elbow. The employee was hospitalized.
