An employee was hydro blasting inside an evaporator. The tube became plugged with debris and the water pressure (20,000 psi) caused the tool to propel backward and out of his hands. The pressurized water contacted the employee and he sustained abrasions and lacerations to his neck, jawline, face, and head.
