Beef 'O' Brady's

An employee was inspecting a coolant reservoir of a chip conveyor for a leak. The reservoir cover cracked while his left knee was on it, and his left leg went through the opening. The employee sustained a fractured fibula and lacerations. He was hospitalized.

An employee was walking underneath poultry houses and stepped on a discarded piece of chicken wire that went through their shoe. The employee s right leg was painful and swelled up due to infection. The next day, they went to the hospital. Their foot was amputated the day after that.

An employee was installing HVAC equipment in a customer's attic when he knelt down on a support beam that had a screw sticking up out of it. The employee sustained a puncture to the knee that began swelling and he was hospitalized.

An employee was walking across a site to get rebar when he stepped on a wooden stake. The stake broke, causing the employee to sustain fractures to his left ankle/leg and lacerations.

A mail carrier stepped out of his vehicle and into a large hole in the ground that was covered by the unkept yard. The hole had a piece of clay pipe exposed. The employee was hospitalized with a lacerated right Achilles tendon and required surgery.
