An employee was working as a risk safety consultant on a construction jobsite when they were physically assaulted by a carpenter. The employee was hospitalized with a frontal brain bleed, an orbital fracture under his left eye, a laceration to the back of the head that required three staples, and injuries to their right hand, hip, and back.
