Final narrative
An employee was working to clear a jam in a conveyor belt. The employee was caught in the elevator leg while it was still running and sustained injuries to their right arm including a numb little finger, partially numb ring finger, hand degloving to the elbow, crushing injuries, lacerations, and crushing/severing injuries to tendons. The machine was not guarded at the time of the incident.
