An employee was loading product onto a dolly on the liftgate of a truck. While closing the rear door, he lost his footing due to high winds and rain and fell off the liftgate while it was suspended in the air. He landed on his back, hit his head on the ground, and lost consciousness. The employee sustained a concussion, back contusions, and leg lacerations.
