An employee was assisting in the procedure department. The employee was taking care of a patient and was exposed to a multi-purpose insect and lice spray that had been used to kill bed bugs. Approximately 20 minutes later the employee started having a respiratory reaction. The employee was hospitalized.

An employee was performing janitorial duties on the 15th floor of a building that was under construction. She began having trouble breathing. The employee was hospitalized with lung irritation caused by dust.
