Final narrative
The injured employee was on a ladder grabbing parts about 7 feet up. Another employee was supporting the ladder to keep it sturdy. The injured employee was coming down the ladder, missed a step about 4 to 5 feet off the cement floor, and fell to the floor. He suffered a fracture to the lower leg and was hospitalized.
