On July 8, 2025, at around 3:51 PM, an employee was exiting the front entrance to go home during a period of heavy rain and high wind, while carrying an umbrella. As she stepped off the curb onto the parking lot, her foot caught the edge of the sidewalk, causing her to lose balance and fall forward. The employee sustained fractures to her left leg, right ankle, and right foot. She was hospitalized and required surgery.
