An employee was inspecting the dust collection port inside a saw cabinet body. The saw was not running, but the saw blade was still spinning as he went to clear the debris. The blade contacted his left hand, resulting in a severe laceration in the crease of the hand between the palm and the ring and little fingers, and a finger amputation.
