Final narrative
An employee and a customer were walking toward a register. The customer was pushing an L-cart with a television on it. Once they arrived at the register, the employee stepped forward and the L-cart caught her right foot. She fell to the floor, landing on her left side and suffering a broken hip. She was hospitalized.
