Injury occurred feeding the 7th piece of 3 0 x 8 0 7 4 20M Fire core EE sustained a laceration and contusion to the left middle and pointer finger Employee was feeding material (stiles end rails and 20 minute 8 0 solid core) thru the PVA glue spreader on Manual Lay Up Line 3 The ticket being built was for 10 slabs Employee would feed stiles then end rails and then the core With the 1st piece of core the employee fed they placed both hands on top of core with the left hand being the leading hand and right hand as the trailing hand standing on the left side of the feed table when looking at the presses The employee continued following this process placing hands on top of the core with left hand being the lead hand and the right hand being trailing hand for the next 5 cycles (pieces 2 thru 6) on core piece 7 employee placed left hand (leading hand) on the top edge of the core with palm of hand on top of core with pinky ring middle and pointing fingers wrapped around the leading edge of th
