EE was assigned to weather strip line 3 which requires both the jamb and weather strip be feed into the equipment The weather strip material comes in a box which is positioned on the table on the infeed side of the equipment The EE takes one strip and enters it into the equipment The EE took the empty box off the table and placed it on the floor next to but positioned away from the floor mat The then tramped down box to flatten box on the floor tramped down box and when they turned around either the box or rubber caught their foot and fell on the cement floor on their left arm wrist
